Scope

A working session to establish what the problem actually is, what success looks like and what it is worth. Free, and often the most useful hour.

STEP 02

Proposal

A written scope with fixed deliverables, a timeline and a price. Assumptions listed openly so there is nothing to argue about later.

STEP 03

Deliver

Weekly demonstrable progress rather than status reports. You see the work as it exists, not as it is described.

STEP 04

Support

Documentation, credentials, runbooks and a named engineer. You are free to leave at any point, which is why most clients do not.
